(5.10% ABV) Moose Drool was served on draft in a pint glass in Las Vegas, Nevada. It poured a dark brown color with red highlights, and a very thin off-white head. There was some light lacing left behind as the head receded.
The beer was very mild smelling, with just a hint of chocolate and a slightly nutty overtone.
The nutty flavor followed upon tasting the beer, as well -- we got mellow peanuts and dark chocolate when we drank it. There was also some coffee and nut flavor on the finish. The beer had medium carbonation, and a medium mouthfeel. It's eminently drinkable: B+
